Its nice that you get to add as many categories as you need, but what I really want to see is a description of each expense within the category. Right now, you just add the dollar amount with no description and the total just accumulates without a breakdown for each transaction. I think this is vital to reviewing your expenses... to actually see what you spent the money on. All it needs is a description line each time you enter an expense and a way to view the transaction history for each category, then it will do what it should have been doing all along. My allowance ap for my kids does this beautifully. And another thing, it has a countdown to your trip in days, hours, and minutes, but when you put in your info, it only asks for the date. Why include hours and minutes in the countdown display if its just going to sit there being completely wrong?
Very basic budget application. Does the job but doesnt allow user the ability to budget for more than one trip. You have to erase it in order to do a new travel budget. There is no option to save it for future similar trip comparisons. Would be nice to have drop down fields under a general category (ie. transportation could have gas, tolls, parking, etc...) so that you remember exactly where your money went.
This is not a budget app, only an expense tracker. It has no way to enter the budget amount and shows nothing but the total expense amount.
You can list all your expenses and it totals it for you. Also allows user to give a description of each purchase and to type your own date of transaction. Needs to allow you to save the expenses from a trip so you can compare it to your current trip. Has a bug - you enter something and go back later and the entry disappears but is still there. I think price is kinda steep though $1.99.
Not good for personal travel, such as family vacations.
